Miss Harriett Gordon, the accomplished prirna dona of the Princess Theatre, is announced to sing.some of the ballads in which she so much excels, and the members of the Association will give some glees and part songs. The instrumental portion of tho programme is also an attractive* feature at the concert. We have no doubt this first effort in public of the new Association will be cordially appreciated by our citizens and supported accordingly. The concert is to commence at J half past two o'clock in the afternoon. Upon his Honor Mr. Justice Gresson resuming bis seat yesterday at the Supreme Court, the undermentioned prisoners were placed in the dock.: James Flynn, Albin, J. Lawlor, and Thomas Brady, indicted for burglary. The prisoner Brady expressed a desire to peruse the depositions taken at the preliminary examination, and in consequence of tmVapplication the Court ordered that the prisoner's wishes should be gratified, and the trial was postponed until Monday next.

The Grand Jury will be required to attend at the Court House on Monday forenoon at eleven o'clock instead of ten. To-day, Saturday, his Honor Mr. Justice Gresson will sit in Chambers. The Criminal business, it is expected, will|tenninate at the close of the next week,
