Bums, Esq., Mossgiel, fo sell by anctioa, day of sale to be afterwards announced (unless' previously disposed of by private bargain), 45 ACRES OF STANDING TIMBER, Out of this well-known Bush, comprising White, Red, and Black Pine and Totara, of very large size and great length of trunk, 40 feet being the common ; average length without any branches,' in' lots of one acre and upwards, .the first purchaser having the option of taking the whole. Now that timber is iv such increased and growing demand, the present affords an opportunity .which those engaged in the timber trade'should not neglect. In addilionto the superiority of the timber itself, there is to be considered the splendid stream of water (the " Silver" stream) running through the centre of the bush, capable of driving a saw mill," and the fine level land, upon which the bush stands, and which - affords unequalled facilities for bringing timber to the milb .
