Notice is hereby given that Thomas Bnnnatyuc Gillies and Francis billon Bell, Esqs., have beei duly appointed Arbitrators under the Otago am Southland Public Debts Appointment Act, 1801 ; am that Edward William Stafford, Esq., has been appointed the Umpire uudnrthe said Act; and that tin said Arbitrators will hold open sittings at the Couri House, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 10th of April, and following dnvs, for the purposes of the Arbitration.
