ESTABLISHMENT OF WARDEN'S COUKT

By an ordir in Council, published in the New Zeaiund Gazette, the Governor has delegated to the Superintendent of Otago, the power under the fifteenth section of the Goldiields act, 1858, to constitute Wardens' Courts. After the usual preamble, the order in Council proceed;;—
