IT being intended to erect a Church for the first Presbyterian Congregation of Dunedin, on Church Hill, parties are invited to send in Designs for said building; and a premium of fifty pounds is hereby ottered by the Building Committee tor the design that shall be approved of. The Church to be built of stone, to contain one thousand sittings, either with or without a gallery, and to have a Vestry and Library attached. Cost not to exceed £9000.
