She is in first-rate sea-going order, having had a large sum expended on her overhaul before leaving Melbourne, and will not need a shilling expended on her. She made the passage from Melbourne in severe weather in 10 days, landing her cargo and stock in splendid condition. From her light draught of water, 5 feet 6 in. whea loaded, she is enabled to come up to the wharf with 100 tons of cargo. She is well found in sails, rigging, &c, and most suitably adapted for the coasting or lightering trade; she has been very profitably employed since her arrival, and can be worked at a nominal coost.
