NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS.
Advertisers with ivhom accounts are not arranged to be opened, are respectfully informed that Advertisements must be paid for by cash in advance. Advertisers with whom accounts are opened, are respectfully requested to make prompt monthly settlements. The difficulty of collecting a large number of small accounts is such, that it 'is impossible for the Collector to call half a dozen times for the same account. It is particularly requested that Subscribers " not receiving their papers regularly will forward complaints to the Manager, Daily Times Office.
