ALL Persons owning or maintaining dogs which have not been. registered at the Office of the Clerk to the Bench, Dunedin, or at the Office of any other Clerk to the Bench in the Province, are liable in very serious penalties. All dogs, being six months old, are required to be registered annually on the Ist day of April. The constabulary force are the prosecutors and informants under the " Dog.Nuisance Ordinance."
