ALL Persons owning or maintaining dogs which have not been registered at the Office of the Clerk to the Bench, Duuedin, or at the Office of any other Clerk to the Bench in the Province, are liable in vevy serious penalties. All dogs, being six months old, are r:quired to he registered annually on the Ist day of April. The constabulary force are the prosecutors mid informants under the "Dog Nuisance Ordinance." T3ARTIES are hereby informed that in future -B- applications for Bush Licenses to sell Spirituous Liquors, and applications under the Licensing Ordinance, 1881, received on or before the 15th of the month will be published immediately thereafter, and will be taken into consideration on the Ist Tuesday of the month following. Applicants.for Bush Licenses, or Wine and Beer Licenses, should state what accommodation theo have for travellers, and give a sketch of the building for which the license is asked. The application should be supported by respectable inhabitants (householders) not in any wray connected with the traffic. No private interview will be granted to the applicant or his agent in support of any application. The Bottle License includes the wholesale cense.
