The Kembla.—Captain Mailler reports the Kembla as a first-class sea boat, and that there would be no difficulty whatever in making the trip to Otago in four and a half days. We believe that she has every chance of being employed for the monthly mail service between that place, Sydney, and Melbourne, in answer to a tender from the New Zealand Government, a position to which her immense speed would of necessity give her a preference.— Sydney Herald. The following vessels are lying in the Bay :■ — Astrea, Winged Arrow, Lady Young, Versailles, Eureka, Hound, William Watson, Fanny A'Garrigucs, Eliza Goddard, Fortune, Gil Bias, Margaretta Roessiner, Alcyon, Tyra, Athol. The Eureka.—This vessel has made a good passage of ten days from Melbourne. The passengers were highly delighted with the treatment they experienced from Captain Benjamin F. Cutten, and on leaving the vessel they cheered him heartily. They also presented him 'with a flattering testimonial, to which were attached over a hundred signatures. The first mate, Mr. Parker, is also highly complimented in it. Thb Hekmione. —This vessel, with stock from Wellington, consigned to Vf right, Robertson, and Co., was suxiposed to be in sight yesterday evening.
