The schooner " Salopian," we hear, took tlie ground on the bar at the Taieri, and has become a total wreck. We are told there was only 4 feet 4 in. water on the bar at the time, and the "Salopian" drew S ft. 6 in. The schooner " Canterbury" also went ashore, "but was got off.
