CHANGE IN THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT.
" RESIGNATION. OP "MB." CUTTEN. Mr. Cutten tendered his resignation 3 resterday, as Member of the Provincial Executive. His reason is understood to be, that the Provincial Government requiredhirn to do so, or else resign his appointment as Commissioner of Lands and Works. Mr. Dick was sent for by his Honor, but no definite arrangement was come to up to the time ot our going to Press.
