Nov. 18 —Geelong, p.s.', for Lyttelton; 9 passengers. The Versailles.—This Vessel, Captain Sherborne, made a splendid passage down, occupying only eight days. He brings 91 horses and 400 sheep, only one of the latter of which died—a remarkable contrast to the deaths that occur on some passages. Messrs. Henry Di'iver & Co. are the agents. • IMPORTS.
