That ho be permitted to define his own duties, collect his own assistance, and name his own remuneration, to be paid in. the first instance out of half profits on wool until a scheme of payment out of. proceeds of exports' 1 can be promulgated. Sir Thomas will, therefore, be a free, agent to attend to'the interests of his employers." •Members of this branch will thus' have the opportunity of considering the resolution, and as time is of moment and the necessity for securing; the services of Sir Thomas, or. some equally , capable person, to represent them *in London very urgent, 'I trust that all'will'try to be present-to support it. Anyone interested who is not a member and is desirous of assisting me to obtain a majority vote, can do so by paying his subscription, and any opposed to the resolution is equally welcome to join.—l am, etc..
