Riceived November 15. at 0.45 a.m. NEW YORK, November 12. The P. and O. Company's two 16,000toiis mail steamers are nearly completed. It is hoped to despatch the .AJ'-idera to Australia via, Bombay on ilie 17th January and the-Norkunda en 14th February. Four more 16,000loii vessels are now in course of construction, and it is hoped that all will be delivered in about twenty-one months. Hence five 14,000-ton steamers for the branch of the service are all in course of construction, and it is expected that the 8000-ton cargo steamer Peshawur will be delivered before the end cf the year and sail in January.
