They were not delivered in Auckland until" January 'l'2. when local apples, were on the market.. The ease i» taken as a te.sl as ad'ecting other Auckland claims in respect of 11.000 cases of apples and total claiuis of about ten thousand pounds. The ea.se was heard before Mr Ji\stii'c Cooper and a jury. Mr Skcrrett\aiid l)r Hainford appear for plaintiffs and Sir J. Kindlay and Mr MeVeagh for defendants.
