REDUCTION OF RACING.

Per Press Association. Christchurch, June 19. The District Committee specially appointed by the Racing Conference to consider the reduction of racing days in the Canterbury district met to-day. The following clubs voluntarily surrender their days of racing: Aniberley, Cheviot, Christchurch Hunt and Brackenfield Hunt, The following curtailments were agreed to with regard to the undcrinentionod clubs: Ashburton Count} Racing Clubs, one day; Canterbury Jockey Club,'Wo days; Gepldme, one day; Hororata, one day; Marlborough one day; Methven," one day; boutn Canterbury, one day.
