Received January 9, at 0.35 a.nu Sydney, January 8. •The first appraisements of wool by the Government appraisers under the Imperial Government purchase scheme have been issued. They cover over' 9000 bales. The prices range as 'high as' 25Jd, but are apparently slightly lower than those- ruling at October sales.
