It is now some months since any con-t-ribution was sent froin- North to. | wards the sum promised-by .New /jealand for the relief of the Belgians. The need for that relief is still as great as ever, and the Patriotic Executive have no fufads at their command to carry on the work. They are therefore appalling to the people of Nprth Otago for contributions.
