Mr J. Anstey mil address electors in .the Moadowbank Bowling Club's pavilion to-night at 8 o'clock. Mr Norton Francis will address the electors in the Hakataramea Valley School to-night at 8 o'clock and in the Kurow Hall to-morrow night. , The concert and dance in connection with the Windsor School break-up will be held on Friday, 18th December.
Parents and friends of the Waitaki High School are invited to attend tiie prize distribution to be held in the Opera House at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, 9th December. . ,

The annual concert in connection with the ;\Vtaitalri Boys' School will be held in the Opera House to-morrow evening. The Hector tenders an invitation to all' old-boj-s to obtain their passes at Mr M'Kinnon's office. A committee of Kurow residents is promoting a dance to be held in Munro's Hall on Thursday evening next, the proceeds to go to the Belgian Christmas Gift Fund. The. matter is apparently meeting with the whole-hearted approval of residents, for the tickets are meeting with a ready response. In order that the proceeds will bo all net profits, ladies are requested to bring a basket.
