• MONTENEGRO MOBILISES. "Washington, August 4. The Government ha.? agreed to take charge- of the Oerinsui Embassies, and those of any countries with which Germany is at war. provided such action does not prevent similar action if it is requested by another country.
Berne. August 4. -Mobilisation is complete, and every able-bodied man has been placed, on military duty. The authorities are confident that they can prevent the combatants crossing the frontier. Stockholm, August 4. Sweden will remain neutral.
Cettinje. August 3. Mobilisation has been ordered. The blockade of Antivar.i is expected.

Rome, August 4. The Pope has sanctioned the return of .Swiss. Guards to Switzerland.
