Wellington, June 1 At tlie meeting of the Licensing Committee the chairman emphasised that licensees should do their utmost to prevent bookmakers using their premises for purposes of gaming. In one case the licensee had reduced the accommodation for boarders below the limit set by statute. The Bench gave warning that the license in such a case might be forfeited..
