At tlirx inquest an Rector Morrison, found dead in .front- of a Chinese boa-rd-inghouse. the evidence shoved that the windows of the promises were smashed by larrikins. The night was very dark, and Loeh Kin went to the door with a gun and fired.
The verdict returned was that deaih was caused by a wound in the head, made by a bullet from a Snider carbine, fired bv Lock Kin.
