Anti-Colombian disturbances ' have resulted in the departure of the Colombian Government agent. The rioting, which included the stoning of the agent's house, was the outcome of an article in the/Colombian newspaper asserting that the people of Panama were willing to return to their allegiance to Colombia. The relations of the two Republics are embittered.
