KARAMEA COLLISION.
London, February 25. The Admiralty Court found the German steamer Mirie Gartz blameworthy tor the Karamea collision on August 30th.
SUBMARINE WRECKAGE.
(By Telegraph.) (Special <ia the Oaniani Mail.) Wellington, February 25. Yesterday it wag reported, that submerged wreckage dangerous to shipping had been sighted near Castlepoint in the track ef coastal steamers. A complaint was submitted to-day to the Marine Department, which replied that no action was intended. So far this happy-go-lucky attitude is severely criticised by shipping folk.
