Fleming to a cheque for £23, and uttered it to Stewart, Dawson and Co ; aridhaving forged, the same name of.a chrque for £lO and uttered it to Elizabeth Minnie Barr: Accused pleaded guilt v. arid-was committed to the Suprcme : Court for sentence. .
