CARGO-BROACHING.

(Per Peess Association.) Dunedin, December 15. Arthur Wilks. a fireman on the liner Pnparoa, was arrested on Saturday afternoon for alleged cargo-broaching, a roll of high-class waterproof tweed valuo £lO being found in accused's possesion. Tt was reported that the case containing the tweed was broken open and material to the value of about £SO is said to be missing.
