If. as Mr Churchill suggested, after Home Rule was passed, there would be ;r general election before it became operative, it meant the Government foresaw defeat. Mr Bonar Law predicted that there would be bloodshed in Ulster before Home Rule became law. and trouble ■in the rest of Ireland when it wps reversed. ___
