Daniel Mc-.tge. . schoolmaster, stated that lie had had the boy under observation at the- Newton East School tv.o years ago, when he went to school well clad. The boy was apparently sub-nor-mal and ci" degenerate habits. He had to request that the child' be taken from the school, iiiul he thought he.should have gone to an insticuticnfor separate treatment.
