Christ-church, Juno 13. Tho inter-University football match, between Otago University and Canterbury College was played to-day, and! resulted in. a win for the latter by 11 to nil. . The Football Clubs having agreed, itwas decided at the weekly meeting of the Management Committee of. the North Otago Rugby Sub-Union last evening, to p'.av all matches iu which High Sell 00l teams are engaged on the school grounds,.'at 2.45 p.m., when tho school teams cannot come into town without loss of school time. Yesterday's matches, put,off on account of the adverse weather conditions, will bo played next Thursday. Mr W. Coupcr (President) occupied the chair. Owing to the Christian Brothers being unable to raise a team, there will bo no Association football match to-morrow afternoon. The local-Club, however, • will hold a practice on Takaro .Park, commencing at 2.45, at which all members are requested to be present.
