London, June 10The Court of Appeal sustained the sentence on Malatesta, a militant anarchist, condemnedr to three months' imprisonment on May 21. , [Errieo 'Malatesta.-.was sentenced' to three months' imprisonment, and afterwards to be deported, for libelling Bellili, by alleging that Bellilli was art Italian police spy. Malatesta. is a promiriient militant anarchist, and has been thrice sentenced to death. The police in their evidence said -Malatesta. was connected' with the Houudsditch murderers.] -
