NAVAL DISASTER.

The King has telegraphed to President Fallieies his profound sympathy with the disaster to the submarine. Mr Churchill' tdegraghed M. DclcasSß the British Navy's sympathy. The St. Louis' first officer declares that at the moment of the collision he elearlv saw the A'ondemaire out in two. The men could only have lived a few minutes. .
