I, as a Soutli tbwn' belt resident, wish to ask "Visitor," a writer in your last night's Mail, to which part of South Oama.ru lie attributes the disturbances of which lie complains in your last issued I have lived now a, considerable time in South Oam'aru, and I- know for a fact,.- as far as tlie belt- residents are concerned, that they are a most respectable and sobers minded people.
