WOMAN FOUND DEAD.

CPhe Press Association.) Wellington, December 26. An inquest .was held to-day concerning the death of Mary Burnip, a middleaged 1 woman, foiind dead ■ on Monday morning in Francis Place. The evidence showed that deceased was drunk and was put out of the house by the other occupants. She lay down in an outhouse and in the morning was found dead in the kitchen. Dr Fyffe, who conducted a post mortem, said death was due to hemorrhage from a duodenal ulcer, probably brought on by alcohol. The Coroner entered a verdict accordingly.
