(Pek Press Association.) Christchurch, December.24. Sir Arthur Guinness (Speaker of the House) and Lady Guinness were passengers, and in an interview Sir Arthur stated that yesterday the coaches were delayed fully two hours and ahalf in arranging the seating of passengers.and getting extra coaches. Ho pointed out that last session he urged the Minister of Railways to establish a daily sen-ice, and the Hon. Mr Millar promised to give such a service a trial during the midsummer. Sir Arthur Guinness was of opinion that this week's experience went to prove.the absolute necessity for a dailv service during the holiday season.
