(Per Pbess. Association.) Asliburton, December.23.. : The Government has acquired for closer settlement purposes Mr G. W. Leadley's "Valuenda" Estate of 2305 acres in the Wakanui district, and about nine miles from Asliburton. It is intended to cut it un into ten or eleven sections, and the ballot will probably eventuate about Aoril Ist.
