ARMY REVOLT IN PORTUGAL.
[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.] (Per Press Association.) Received December 23, at 8.25 a.m. Madrid, December 22.Vigo reports a monarchical' outbreak at the infantry barracks at Barga, Portugal. A colonel and a captain were wounded. Thirty-seven soldiers were arrested. A severe censorship of the press has been enforced. Earliest advices attributed the mutiny to a protest against punishments.
