The Governor's palace was bombarded, and there were a number of casualties on both sides, but the result is unknown. Conflicts have occurred between tho Persians and Russians at Eozeii and Resht. . , , The Russians have occupied the police headquarters at Resht. Received December 23, at 10.20 a.m. . Teheran, December 22. The Russian Minister states that the Cabinet has given a general assurance that it will comply with the Russian demands.
