ROUBAIX EXHIBITION.
(Per Pbess Association.) Wellington, December 21. The High Commissioner cables that the following awards were gained by this Dominion's exhibitors at the exhibition held at Roubaix, m the north of France, this year, viz.: Grands Prix —Government of MewZealand, one each for collective exhibit of wool, frozen meat, gram and seeds, hemp, kauri gum. Diplomas d'Honneur—Gear Meat Preserving Company (Ltd.), slipe wool; Wellington Meat Export Company (Ltd.), slipe wool; W. Nicols and Sons, collective exhibit of wool. Gold Medals —Government of Mew Zealand, -preserved fruits: Government of New Zealand, leather: Gear Meat Preserving Company (Ltd.), canned meats': Maddern Bros., rope and twine; Abraham and Williams, fleece wool; J. J Bourke, fleece wool: George Gerrard, ditto; H. J. Kirk and Co., ditto; H. Haderild. ditto; S. R. Lancaster, ditto; Edward J. Lees, ditto; R. J. Levin, ditto; James Little, ditto; R. D. Douglas M'Lean, ditto; A. G. M'Rae, ditto; P. Mungavin, ditto; Ernest 'Short, ditto. -.' '
