MACKENZIE RUNS.
(Pek Press Association.) Timaru,-December 22. At the ballot for the Mackenzie runs, W. Hunt (Timaru) drew No. 1, F. L. M'Gregor (Fairlie) No. 2, .. Charlotte Black (Kimbcll) No.; 3. G. Haskin (Ashburton) No. 4, and Ellen Gould No.io. There were 246 applicants for the five; runs, the area being from 2200 to 20,080 acres.
