New York, December 21. A riotous scene occurred in the Court, at Indianapolis arising from the dynamite investigations. County Prosecutor Baker asserted that Detective Foster was an employee of the National Erectors' Association, which was interfering with him.

Baker dragged Foster before the Criminal Court judge, demanding protection. '

The judge rebuked Baker, who snatched a club from a policeman' and threatened Foster.

The police interfered and Baker was ordered to answer a charge of contempt of court.

- At the 'lndianapolis trial the County Prosecutor was fined for contempt of Court. A member of the grand jury holding the investigation became insane and was removed to an asylum.
