RUSSIAN TERRORIST.
. DESPERATE ESCAPEE. [By Electric Telegraph—CoptkiohtJ (Per Pkkss Association.) Received December 19, at 10.10 p.m. St. Petersburg, December 19. A terroist named Usofska, in Southern Russia, took refuge in an Englishman's garden. The police and Cossacks surrounded the garden, but the man escaped after killing four policemen and critically wounding four others.
