BERLIN'S STERN LAW. vlierr. von Jagow, the Berlin Police President, who recently declared war ,011 "murderous" hatpins, has now issued a ban on enormous:hats. f: Berlin theatre managers have -boon ntfeied that henceforth-.women who wear modern,, view-obstructing millinery--will be guilty of a misdemeanor, 'for which the. managers .will -be held.responsible.
