(Pep. Press Association.) Dunedin, June 2. Speaking at Balclutha to-day the Hon. T. Mackenzie announced that for the first time in the history of the Department the Post and Telegraph Department had exceeded- the million sterJin" for the year ended 31st Maxell. The total revenue was £1,037,250, which might be increased by the foreign accounts'to come. This was an increase ot £75.000 on the previous year.
