The Sun newspaper lias received a cable from.Mr Seifert, of New Zealand, Fogwell's backer, stating that if Arnst is trying to get a race with Barry ahead of Fogwell, the action is unsportsmanlike, as Fogwell has sent his first deposit. Arnst says he cannot consider, anybody but himself in the matter, as when he opened negotiations he had no idea that Fogwell was trying for a match.
