Canada,; Mexico, West Indies, United States of: America (due in San Francisco on. 28th' April), United Kingdom (due in London on Bth May), per north express, at 1 p.m. (connecting with the Manuka at Auckland). Money orders close at 11 a.m. Saturday, Bth April. . For Australian States (due m Melbourne on 15th April), South Africa, per South express at 5 p.m. (connecting with the Mocraki at Bluff). Mails for Wellington and the North Island close at the Post Office on Mon days, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11 a.m., and on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Late letters, provided the late fee of Id is affixed, will he received at the Post Office, for both North and South •expresses, up to 15 minutes after the ordinary mail closes.
