' The guard of the first train was cautioned for not having the tail lights burning. Signalman M'Donald, at South Yarra was dismissed from the service, but was recommended for a less responsible position. ' Driver Melville, of the second express, was dismissed the service for not obeying signals, and his fireman was found not guilty on a similar charge.
