[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.] : (Per Press Association.) . Melbourne, January 26.. The Richmond disaster inquiry has concluded. , Driver Allan was fined £3O for not sending the fireman to the signal-box when he was detained by an advanced starting signal, and the fireman was fined £5.
' The guard of the first train was cautioned for not having the tail lights burning. Signalman M'Donald, at South Yarra was dismissed from the service, but was recommended for a less responsible position. ' Driver Melville, of the second express, was dismissed the service for not obeying signals, and his fireman was found not guilty on a similar charge.
