"Sympathy without relief is like mustard without beef." If any people deserve sympathy during the dry weather it is the farmer upon whom the townsfolk depend in the main for their business, and by way of avoiding anything approaching' the proverbial beefless mustard and being practical, loose tyres are being made tight by either hot or cold process as desired, while clients wait, for a trifling cost at Searle's factory.
