Mr T A Munio wiote, on behalf of; Mis It. D Munio declining to exchange her section, block 1, Otamatakau 'district, for the land offered her by the Boaid, and asking that the onginal offei of 30 acies foi rash, adtoimng the said section be adhered to. —To be allowed to purchase 36 acres adioining section 2 at a capital value of 30s per acie , Thomas Cairns applied for a. license to occupy about three acres of riverbed between the railway bridge and the mam rond, block 1, Kurow district. — Yearly license granted, rental 5s per annum. _i Charles ~Beck, lessee of section 8, Tokarahi Settlement, wrote" drawing the Board's attention lo the state qf the Awafnpko'Cicck—To be informed "that the ;bbaid is unable to take ailion, as uie adjoining lessee has,declined to assist. k James Johnston, lessee ot sections 18a | and 31a, Eldershc settlement, wrote asking to be- allow cd to erect anothei damson his section, as the water supply is short. —Refcircd to Raiiger Atkinson for report.
