Received November 4, at 10.10 a.m. Perth, -November 4. The Bullfinch rus"h is unabated. Only two surveyors', are available, resulting in overwork. Pegging-out is carried on at nights ,by candle light. It is stated that many leases have been pegged which -are utterly worthless.
